Only BMP is available to me

I'm using internet explorer 6 SP 1 with Windows 98 SE and
only bmp format is available to me to save an image. I'm
not using username and password at URL. What shoud I do
to enable to save the image with the correct format
ervytime I need?

Hi Rodrigo,

This problem occurs if the Temporary Internet Files are full. Clear the
temporary internet files.

1. Start Internet Explorer
2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
3. Click the General tab.
4. Under Temporary Internet files, click Delete Files.
5. When you are prompted to delete all temporary Internet files, click OK.
