MS Money file wont open

I recently had to perform a windows XP repair install and since then, I have
been unable to access my MS Money files. Every time I open Money, I get an
error message saying that the file is write-only or write protected and can
not be accessed.

Right-click the file, click Properties, and deselect the Read Only
attribute.
