MS Money has never been part of the XP operating system. If you had it
before, it either came preinstalled by the computer mftr. (Dell, HP, etc.)
or someone (you?) bought and installed it. Look through the CDs that came
with your computer. If you can't find the installation CD for Money, you
can purchase the latest version from your favorite online or brick&mortar
store.

If you reinstalled windows from scratch and re-formatted the hard drive
than you wiped out all that was on your hard drive.

How did you get MS money? Did you buy it or did it come with your
computer? What is the brand and model of your computer?

MS Money is a separate application that either you installed or else it came
with the PC. Obviously re-installing XP would remove MS Money. If you
purchased MS Money yourself then you need to re-install it from the CD you
purchased. If it came pre-installed then, unless you used the manufacturer
recovery discs to re-install your system back to factory conditions, you
have lost it.

How would anyone here possibly know where you put your MS Money CD?

Have a look through all your computer stuff, and hopefully the cd will be
there somewhere,

when you find it just pop it in your drive and install it.

If you cannot find it, try Ebay I guess

On the Microsoft Money install CD? It's not included with the operating
system unless you're running an OEM install on something like an
eMachine that bundles the software with the operating system install.
