Microsoft Anti-Spyware shutting down / Agents not active

I am running into a similar problem that uses of Norton
System Works 2005 are experiencing however I do not have
Norton System Works (or any Norton products for that
matter) installed.

The problems are as follows:

1) The real time agents won't activate. I did get them
running after a reboot however once the application
crashed they no longer start.

2) Trying to start the real time agents causes the
application to crash.

3) The application randomly appears to crash on it's own.

Now there are no error messages, dialogs, dumps, etc.
when the application crashes. It basically shuts down and
disappears from the system tray.

I have it running on a laptop without any problems but it
is not working correctly on my desktop.

I pretty much have the same software installed on both
machines but these come to mind as being installed on the
desktop only:

1) Adobe Premiere
2) Discjuggler
3) Nero
4) ATI All-In-Wonder drivers / capture software
5) Microsoft Money 2005
6) Tax Cut Deluxe 2005
7) Alcohol 120%
8) Newsbin Pro

I have eTrust Antivirus installed on both machines as
well as Webroot's Windows Washer. I am sure there are
some other applications on the desktop that I am
fogetting at the moment but little things that I don't
think would cause any problems like CuteFTP and FlashFXP
for example.

Does anyone know if any of the above software might cause
conflicts? Or is there a list / thread somewhere that
contains all of the applications that have compatibility
issues with this?
