Reactivating real time protection agents

A

Anon

I had some comms problems. Thought they might be related
to Antispyware real time protection agents so deactivated
all of them. Eventually uninstalled Antispyware. Sorted
out comms problem (cause unrelated to Antispyware, was a
hardware problem). Reinstalled Antispyware beta.
Attempted to reactivate all real time protection agents.
All succesfully reactivated except application
agents "Process Execution" and "Script Blocking". Any
idea why these two would not reactivate?

Others have reported similar difficulties. If you aren't running a
third-party security suite product that may interfere, one solution that I
think may help is blowing away the file that holds the configuration
information for the agents--it gets recreated.

gcAgentsDataStoreData.gcd is the file I think may manage this trick.

This is not a good solution of course, and may not work in future builds,
but it is something to try for now.

Did you find out how to fix this problem?? I have the same problem and can
not re active it.
Can any help on how to reactive these "Process Execution" and "Script
Blocking".

Thanks
