making a shortcut for a url to use IE when IE is NOT the defaultbrowser

Win XP Home
I want to create a shortcut for a site that has to be launched in IE,
but IE is not my default browser.
How do I do this please? (I don't want IE as my default browser)

you can do like this , type the following command at command line prompt,

C:\>"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE" site

for example, access intel in IE like this:

C:\>"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE" http://www.intel.com

C:\>"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE" site

for example, access intel in IE like this:

Thanks - unfortunately...
I just copied and pasted that example into the Run dialog box and got a
syntax error message

C:\>"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer is not accessible
The filename, directory name or volume label syntax is incorrect.

I tried it at a command prompt and got
Access is denied

I got it- creating a shortcut to IEEXPLORE.EXE itself, with the url
tacked on to the command line after the quote mark.
