IntelliPoint Error

Not sure if it's related, but after the most resent
update to the Spyware beta, I received the an
IntelliPoint Error. Details:
The description for Event ID ( 1000 ) in Source (
Microsoft IntelliPoint ) cannot be found. The local
computer may not have the necessary registry information
or message DLL files to display messages from a remote
computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to
retrieve this description; see Help and Support for
details. The following information is part of the event:
point32.exe, 5.2.413.0, point32.exe, 5.2.413.0, 00003512.

I uninstalled the Spyware beta and IntelliPoint version
5.2. I reinstalled the IntelliPoint software and
everything is working fine. I haven't tried reinstalling
the beta yet, I want to confirm nothing else loaded on my
PC is causing the problem.

PC Setup:
* Dell 4600C, 512MB Ram, Pentium 4 2.6Ghz
* Windows XP SP2
* All Security Patches are up-to-date
* Norton Anti-Virus 2005 (Up-to-date)

Re-install MSAS beta and if you have a problem again, this time, reinstall
Intellipoint without uninstalling MSAS. Let us know what happens.

I would be intersted to know if there is anything in your quarantine and how
MSAS ahd anything to do with the Intellipoint problem.

Thanks!
