Images in IE

[Ospot]

I have problems viewing images/animations within IE 6.0
\Netscape 7.1 (installed it to see if same problem
exists). I have enabled viewing of animations and viewing
of pictures but all i get is a red x? I have also deleted
any offline files/objects and still no fix? I am running
Windows XP, IE6 (latest SP) and Office 2003.

This problem is also seen in computers where Norton Internet Security
Ad-blocks is turned on.
