IE6 Bottom Toolbar is missing!

I reformatted a month ago. I did the Windows Update to
IE6 and it worked fine for three weeks. Now, all of a
sudden, I have no bottom toolbar--(the one with the 'E"
in the bottom right corner and which shows page loading
progress, etc.

How do I get it back? I have all my top toolbars
(regular IE6 bar, address bar, Ebay, and Google)
