IE patch archive???

Is there a way of getting all the Internet Explorer
patches (like a cumulative patch) for a user.

The windows updated didn't list Q831167.exe when I needed
it as I had the perevious patch that caused the trouble.

Is there an archive where you can get all VALID patches
that you must have for your IE?

Please help.
