scrool bar behavior after latest patch

This patch:
Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer (824145)
causes incorrect scroll bar behavior in IE, probably as a
result of the attemps to fix the drag and drop security
vulnerability. Anyone know if MS knows?

MS is aware of the problem. A new patch should be coming soon.
Mean while you can remove the current 824145 patch with the Add/Remove
program applet.
