Problem with new patch from IE 6.0

After I installed the following patch "August 2003,
Cumulative Patch for Internet Explorer (822925)", which
is recommanded by Microsoft, I have problem to open some
of the website, for example "etrade.com" (the speed for
opening these websites is very very slow).

However, if I use the Netscape to view these website, and
there is no such problem. I am wondering if the IE 6.0
patch is still has some bugs, or I have to do some
setting, so I can open these websites?

I just ren WUpdate & b4 doing noted there were many
problems with NET permissions & 822925 reported on
Update NG.

So I put it in my long list of NA/problem updates.

I recall there is a fix there.

Any advice given is my attempt to show appreciation for all
the excellent help I've received here but I'm no MVP so it
may only apply NUGS. Personal attacks, nitpicking & criticism
of anything but content will NOT be responded too. Those
posters should spend their time taking the test @
