i have ie6. when i click on tools, then internet options, then try to clear
my history,
it just clocks. i will get an error message, error signiture. i have
installed the latest security updates fpr ie6, udates for windows, udated and
ran anti-spy ware, turned off unfamilar ie add-ons.

please help, i can not clear my history

Hi,
With Outlook Express and IE not running, try clearing the History from
Control Panel> Internet Options.

Or, other programs can lock the history, try clearing the history after
starting up in Safe Mode.

Or, deleting the (possibly corrupted) History folder may help.
