"internet explorer has encountered a problem . ."

Suddenly this error pops up very often when I enter a url in the browser,
and closes IE6.
I turned off all toolbars, deleted temp. internet files, cleared history,
and disabled all unneeded add ons. Antivirus is up to date and run, along
with two anti spywares.
anyone had good results getting rid of this problem?
