There are tons of Explorer.exe errors. I would suggest
that you type the exact error message into the search
window at
http://www.google.com/. I was getting an
Explorer.exe message not long ago and after scanning with
Adaware and removing objects that it found, the error
message stopped. I don't know if your message is being
caused by having unwanted junk on your computer but it may
be worth a shot. Adaware (there's a free version) can be
found here

use "webupdate" before you scan to make sure you have the
latest ref file because they are updated frequently. Here
