clicking scroll bar causes multi page skip

Using mshtml.dll version 6.0.2800.1276, included I believe
in last security roll up, clicking the blank space on the
verticle scroll bar will jump the display more than a page
so text is lost to the viewer. Using mshtml.dll
5.0.3700.6699 fixes the problem but breaks the "find on
page" function. Any fixes or should I use Mozilla?

Caused by a bug in the recent Q824145 patch.
Microsoft probably knows about it by now.
By the time we get used to this 'new'
feature Microsoft will fix it!!

Position cursor 'close' to the top/bottom of the
slider bar and it should scroll one window.
Use the mouse wheel to scroll.
See mouse properties (Wheel tab) to adjust.
Press/Hold/Slide bar.
Up/Down Arrows (Single line)
Pageup/Pagedown
Home/End (Top/Bottom)
Right-click scrollbar...
Menu pops up...
Select option ("Scroll here" is neat!)
