Scroll bar = more than one page

Lately (it didn't used to do this) when I click inside the scroll bar in IE
6, the page jumps down MORE than one page. So I wind up not seeing parts
of the page unless I drag the bar down manually.

How can I get it so a click in the scroll bar will jump me down just one
page?

Many people, including myself, have recently posted about this problem.
It's always a good idea to have a look at recent posts, both currently on
your news server, and through Google, before posting.

Let me guess ... you recently installed the Q824145 critical update from
Microsoft's website, yes? That is the cause of your problem. If you click
very close to the slider on the scroll bar it will page down only one page.
Personally, I'm sticking to the keyboard for page up/down until a fix comes
out.

A bug in the Q824145 patch. Microsoft knows about it.
Click immediately under the indicator in the scrollbar or drag the
indicator.
