Scroll bar jumps two pages....

The scroll bar jumps two pages when I click in the area
between the scroll bar and either one of the arrows. I
prefer to be able to click this area and scroll only one
page. This takes less time than scrolling using the arrow
buttons and easier than moving the bar itself. Is there a
fix for this, or maybe a selection that I can't find in
the Advanced tab? This also occurs in Outlook Express, of
course.

This is a problem cause by the an IE update. You can live with it until the
next update or uninstall the previous update.

Go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and delete Internet Explorer
0824145.

This may be a setting problem with your mouse. Go to control panel and open the mouse icon. In there you will find a spot where you can change the behavior of the scroll mouse. Set it to a line at a time and see if the fixes your problem.

I believe the previous post is correct in stating that
this is a bug in the most recent patch. It must have
wasted loads and loads of people's time. It would be
really useful if Microsoft could provide information in
the support section of their website to let people know
that when bugs like this happen so that people don't waste
their time chasing them.
