cannot install antispyware

I met a error when I install MS Antispyware. Here is the
information:
"Error 1904. Module, c:\windows\system\gccollection.dll
failed to register. HRESULT-2147220473. Contact your
support personnel"

Can someone help me out? It is weird. The OS is Win XP.
There are two usernames. I can installed under another
username, but I could not run under my name. Then I
uninstalled the Anti-spyware and tried to install under my
name, but it always failed.

Please ensure you are installing under a Administrator account. If you are
installing over/upgrading from a prior build of Microsoft AntiSpyware,
shutdown those older build from the notification area, uninstall from
Ad/remove programs and delete the Microsoft AntiSpyware folder under
c:\program files, restart the machine and attempt installation again.

If the problem persist, try installing to a non-default location such as
c:\msas.
