will not load when other users logon

After installing MS AntiSpyware, I am the only user who
can use the software. Other users (also with
administrator priveleges) get an an error message (no
number or explanation)from the AntiSpyware program and it
won't load.

When I try to re-install it under one of those logons I
get error messages like:

Error 1904.Module
Windows\System32\GCCollection.dll failed to register
HRESULT -2147220473

If I try to uninstall it I get:

Error 1905
gcAntiSpywareLibrary.dll failed to unregister.

The MDAC is current (2.8) and the Security Options
for "System Objects: Default owner..." is set
to "Adminstrators Group"

there's some issue to log-off then loging off to another
accouint since it doesn't have support for mutliple user
and limited account. the work around to your issue is
restart and choose the account so you won't get the error
message. you'll always to have restart and choose
account. loging off then loging in to another account
will always show error message.

This has been noted by Robin Walker [MVP].

The current release ONLY supports one administrator
account, the one that installed the application.

The simple reason is that for multiple account scanning,
the application MUST retain file permissions and the
integrity of system files. Robin has stated that this
will take a while, as there is a lot of coding and
testing involved before the updated application can be
released for beta testing.

It's nice to see Microsoft take the time to code and
thouroghly test this before they release it for beta
testing. The last thing that we need is for them to
release an update without testing it to make certain that
there are no major bugs in it prior to release.
Otherwise, MANY people will likely have to reinstall
Winodws, and possibly lose all their data (NOT GOOD)!

I was wrong with linking the above to Robin Walker.

It was actually Steve Dodson who I was talking about.
