Sudden failure of Microsoft AntiSpyware, problems with uninstall and can not reinstall

Suddenly a dialog box "error in loading" that did not identify the program
started appearing on my computer screen during startup. After a while I
noticed the Antispyware icon in the system tray was no-longer. I tried to
open the program from the start> programs> and same dialog box appeared,
that did not identify the program.

I tried to uninstall, but received a number of error messages and computer
shut down. I downloaded the program again and tried to install, and
received the following 10 dialog boxes.

Contact your support Personnel

Have no idea about "Contact your support Personnel" this is a stand alone
computer.
