MS AntiSpware Install Error 1904.Module C

Have attempted to install MS anti spyware twice.
Same result.

Error 1904.Module C:/Program Files/Microsoft
AntiSpyware\gcSSoapLib.dll failed to register.
HRESULT -2147220473. Contact your support
personnel.

Any ideal what is up with this?

Please download again.

Save the download to your desktop--do not choose Run on
the download dialog.

Once it is downloaded, double click on it to install.
