bad news for Firefox and KDE....

I know that "some" people can use linux machines to do work. But the
programs
they use are made specifically for the task. For example, animated 3d movie
renderings are done on linux clusters now. But this is not opensource, since
the
technology developed for the rendering belongs to the studios.

And I don't think NASA gives out its programs to everyone, nor do I think
that they use the pitiful vector open source programs to design spacecraft.

In other words this is a small minority you are talking about.

An open source OS will always be more immune

Is this one of the 10 commandments? Where did you obtain this information
about the future? A time traveler perhaps?
Because it seems like hogwash to me!

I wouldnt like to have only IE
I am just pointing out that firefox has its own share of problems.

You would be amazed to know this, but in countries where they have no way to
close their windows or doors (probably because they live in huts) there are
no buglers.

But this is irrelevent as your answer was irrelevent.

Like I said, willful stupidity...and a refusal to learn anything. My
random sig just happens to peg you perfectly. Imagine that.

Finally you get one right. In those countries, they use cornets
instead.

I wonder if that is really true.

If I were a hacker, an open source OS would look to me like a house
with all the windows open and the door unlocked.

Who cares about buglers? I'm not afraid of music.

Burglars however is a different story.

Please name this wonderful country where they have no housebreakers.

*nix strikes me as being like an idiot savant. Set it down, give it one
task to do over and over and over and leave it alone and it does just
fine. Internet servers are one example.

Ask it to do something it's never seen before and it's lost. Windows,
especially XP, is highly adaptive. For example, Windows solved the
missing or odd driver problem years ago. *nix is still floundering.

Just my take, I'm sure you have your own.

That's because, like "kenny," you're an idiot.

There is no argument. You're an idiot. That's a fact proven by your
posts.

It's not a Firefox problem, it's a Java problem.

Not even that. Our intrepid MS advocate hasn't sorted out the difference
between Java and Javascript yet. Or between Konqueror and Firefox (they
don't share javascript engines).

Therefore with no windows, there would be no internet for unix machines to
serve. The internet is clearly a windows revolution, the unix machines are
the servents (servers).

Then you should be able to explain how the internet existed prior to
Windows!

As for servers, no creation is being done using the machine.
