When I try to install a program I get this message "you
do not have access to make the required system
configuration modifications. Please rerun this
installation from an administrators account." I'm a
Realtor and the program is Winforms.

it sounds like you are not installing the programe under a username with admin rights

you will need to install it with with an administrator login
