adding a new e-mail account

I have already added one yahoo e-mail account successfully to outlook. When I
try to add my other account no matter what I do I get the box that says enter
your user name and password. I enter both and it keeps popping up and then I
get the error that it is invalid. It IS my user name and it IS my password.
Is this an outlook problem or yahoo? Do I have to delete this account from
yahoo?
Help!

It was free but now that you mention it, it's on Yahoo Mail Plus which I did
pay a yearly fee for. Could that be it? And if so now what?
