How do I set up Outlook to not act as default e-mail account?

I have a permant account for e-mail at yahoo, but outlook has moved all past
and current e-mail to outlook.
How do I change the default e-mail back to my yahoo account?

Control panel, Internet Options, Programs - set another program as default
for email.
