2 Yahoo POP3 Account Errors

I am trying to have two POP3 yahoo accounts in outlook 2003 and the one works
fine and the other will not work. I created them the exact same way. The
only things that has changed is the user name and password. I get this error:

Task 'Young's Design - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC92) : 'Your e-mail
server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password in your
account properties. Under Tools, click E-mail accounts. The server
responded: -ERR Error logging in. Please visit http://mail.yahoo.com'

Can someone assist me?

Did you verify the username, password and log on authentication method is
correct?

Yes, both user names and passwords are correct.

Did you verify the username, password and log on authentication method is
correct?

Are they both PAID accounts?

They are both free accounts. I can recieve mail only from one.

Do they use different Yahoo domains? Yahoo.co.uk still provides
POP3/SMTP access but Yahoo.com (USA) discontinued access about 2 years
ago.

I take that back, one account is paid through a website through yahoo small
business. The other one that is not working is free, but both POP3 accounts
share the same pop and smtp domains.

You don't get POP3 and SMTP access with freebie Yahoo mail accounts.
Pay for it or use YahooPOPs (http://yahoopops.sourceforge.net).
