Zipped Folder

I need to extract a set-up program from a compressed folder, but windows keep
blocking it. I followed the instructions to unblock it, but there is no
"unblock" checkbox in the property section as stated. How can I possibly
extract this file?

Hi

Have you tried a 3rd party zip/unzip program, such as Winzip, which I use
all the time instead of the Windows zip application:

www.winzip.com
