Zip Drive

Hi,
I have a zip drive installed on a computer with Windows XP.
Windows sees the drive but doesn't see the disk. It doesn't show the
hardware either. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Type of zip disk, and also do you have the correct and most
recent drivers installed for it. www.iomega.com
