Zetafax Extension for Outlook

We are using Exchange 2003. recently we have installed zetafax extension for
outlook. But it doesn`t seem to work. I have uninstalled it and re-installed
it many time carefully following the instruction but when clicking on the
Zetafax button in outlook 2000, keep getting this error massage:
"The exception unknown software exception (0xc00000fd) occurred in the
application at location 0x6005082c"
Then outlook just closes itself. We know the software works fine as it is
working on another machine.
Does anyone know what could be causing this error.

Did you ask zetafax?


Does the other machine have the exact same version and build of outlook?
Same OS?
