that has a length of zero and can not be deleted. How do I get rid of them?

Open IE (Internet Explorer) and click Tools/Internet Options
Delete Cookies and on and offline Temporary Internet files.
Best of Luck!

Log on as the default admin or any other user with admin privileges. You can then navigate to

"C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files"

and delete the 'content.ie5' folder. The namespace view of Temporary Internet Files is only
imposed on the files of the user who is logged in.
