Zalman and P4B533-E

Will Zalman CNPS7000A-CU HSF fit on an ASUS P4B533-E motherboard? The
stock Intel HSF that came with my P4 3.06GHz is just too loud.

It is not listed on this "incompatible" motherboard list.

Make sure your PSU is located at least 10mm from the top
edge of the motherboard. That is because the heatsink will
be hanging over the top edge of the motherboard.
