ZA indicates Sigstub.exe is asking for web permission

I'm assuming Sigstub.exe is a MS file as the latest Windows Defender update
didn't continue until I gave that file permission.

There seem to always be new files that need web permission for updating.
It would nice if MS would put some info on their site so a Google search
could find it. I couldn't find anything on Sigstub.exe.

For what's it worth, I am using the latest free version of ZA (not PRO) and
the only Zone Alarm entry under Program Control for Windows Defender is
Service Executable which points to C:\Program Files\Windows
Defender\MsMPEng.exe

I am at the latest build of WD and also have the last update 1.14.1408.8

You got me thinking. I turned on the basic member SpyNet option and then
real time protection and got Zone Alarm message for MSASCui.exe. Now I have
an entry under Zone Alarm for Windows Defender - MSASCui.exe. I also did a
search for "sigstub" on my computer and found no such executable.
