ZA and blue screen

I'm using WinXP SP2 PROFESSIONAL, with ADSL connection and ZA6 it works
fine, but when I use dial-up(modem)I got blue screen error(about preventing
hardware damage...), but when shut down ZA no blue screen.
I have two comps, laptop (WinXP Home) and desktop and same thing on both, so
not the problem with particular system.
Amy explanation?
