Your Current security settings prohibit ActiveX controls on this Page

Hello,

When I go on some webpage that has ActiveX setting I get this error: "Your
Current security settings prohibit ActiveX controls on this Page. As a
result the page may not display correctly." and the page doesnt show.

Ive tried to put my security setting in my IE options but it doesnt change
anything. Then I went on some forum and they suggest of doing this:

Click Start, and then click Run.
In the Open box, type cmd, and then click OK.
At the command prompt, type the following commands, pressing ENTER after
each line:

Note Click OK if you are prompted to do this.
regsvr32 softpub.dll
regsvr32 /u wintrust.dll
regsvr32 /u initpki.dll
regsvr32 /u dssenh.dll
regsvr32 /u rsaenh.dll
regsvr32 /u gpkcsp.dll
regsvr32 /u sccbase.dll
regsvr32 /u slbcsp.dll
regsvr32 /u cryptdlg.dll
regsvr32 /u softpub.dll
exit

Restart your computer.

But that too doesnt fix my problem. Does anyone know why it does this and
how could I fix it?

thx
