You Have Ignored an Incoming Call!

Is anyone else plagued by this pop-up message which 9
times out of 10 is also accompanied by being cut off (and
is NEVER an incoming call!)?

It happened once before and I'm sure I found a patch
somewere that fixed it, but now it's back again.

My firewall's OK and XP is running on this evesham
otherwise OK.

Any help gratefully received.
 
Had a quick look around the net, one said AOL causes it,
I have no idea,lol, but go into control panel & have a
look in..." select phone and modem options(in xp) on the
dialling rules see if the check box next to "To disable
call waiting, dial" has a check in it. & leave it ticked,
maybe that will stop it?? I have no idea,lol
