YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO VIEW THIS PAGE Error

I have a server on our small lan that has suddenly developed this problem -
I get this error no matter what Web Page I go to. This server used to work
just fine until a few days ago. We do not use it for web browsing until our
Symantec AntiVirus console indicated that this particular server was getting
failures when trying to get virus definitions updates. That's when we found
that IE (or Mozilla) would get that error for ANY web page outside of our
internal private. We can access our INTRANET just fine, and all the other
systems on the same subnet have no problems. Any ideas?

Probably under settings you mistakingly set it so it only
allows your internet. I'd have a look at your settings if
i were you.
