When clicking on SOME links I get "You are not authorized to view this page"
Error 403. The links are typically susidiary to a webpage. I am operating
Windows ME (I know!) Any ideas

Hi Greg :)

First -

Check your computer clock and date setting. It is very important that the
time of your computer clock is correct. Every Certificate has an expiration
and start date. When your clock time or date is off, even just a few
minutes, it may cause the Certificates to be seen as invalid or expired,
which can cause various problems. So, be sure your machine date and time
are always set correctly.
