Temporarily disable your firewall. Likely is that you are blocking
Referrer which tells a page from where you came (i.e., the prior site or
page) and you are required to visit certain pages only when you are
coming from their own pages, not when linking in directly. Besides the
firewall, there are other "security" products that will block Referrer
because they consider it a privacy issue (it can be used to track from
whence you came). If you don't care about a site knowing the prior page
you were displaying, you don't need to block Referrer.
