You are not authorized to view this page???

hii before when i go to this website its fine, but after like one day when i
went back to the website, but than it wont work, on the page it says: HTTP
Error 403 - Forbidden You are not authorized to view this page. so please
help me solve this problem

I installed Office Professional 2003 and now I get a Google Error Forbidden
403 each time I try to do a Google search from Internet Explorer in WinXP
Pro. it all worked fine before I installed Office 2003. Another M$ feature?
