YIMAGE.dll ERROR WINDOW at start up

Everytime I start up my computer a window pops up saying YIMAGE.DLL needs to
be re-installed. I have no idea how I can remove this or even know what
YIMAGE is... Does anyone know how to remove this?? THANK YOU
