I'm new to this XPe stuff so bear with me. I have looked in the news
archives and seen several people reporting the problem I have got. I have
done all the fixes suggested but still have the problem.

It is when I try to import an SLD file in Component Database Manager, I get
"Error: Cannot delete repository files in the target folder. Please make
sure you have write access to the files."

Well I have turned off Simple File Sharing for my Depository and have given
myself full access rights to the folders. From within Explorer I can
manually rename Repository files so I am mystified as to why I get the error
message.

What do I need to do?

Nigel.

Hi Nigel,

You should access your folder trough network share. You must set network access so you can delete files.
