XPE SP2 Install error

I got the following error when updating to SP2 of XPe
I had over 5 gigs of space left on the C drive when I got this error.

Just wondering if you happened to have the write access to the network repository shares?

Problem solved.
Found the answer in a google search (thanks for that by the way).
I had to increase my virtual memory size in the PC. It was set to only
200MB/400MB

works now.
