QFE Installer Error

Hello,
I'm trying to install the April 06 QFE package
"WindowsXPESP2-April2006-x86-ENU.exe". It chugs for a while, then I get a
dialog with the caption
"QFE Installer -- Error"
and the message
"Failed copying file '891781_dhtmled.ocx' into
'\\DOMBURNER\Repositories\\{3DC166E5-E335-49D9-8C75-450318AFD940}' folder.
Please check write permission. Setup cannot continue."

I'm logged in as system admin, so I'm pretty certain that write permission
is not the issue. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Well, this was a fun one. Turning off McAfee's "On-Access Virus Scan"
feature made the QFE Installer problem go away.
