Which usually announces a MS download from the taskbar.

Since mine's been inactive including non-clickable for two days, how do I
remove it? It appears frozen.

If MS is going to persist in this procedure (yes, I'm aware of Susie
Secretary), it would be nice if they slid in a pop-up or something saying
completed. If it's there, it's not appearing on my system.
