yellow exclamation mark in device manager communication ports

I'm using Win XP pro, Intel AL440LX Motherboard and PII
333 processor. I get 3 yellow exclamation mark in device
manager > Ports > communication ports> (com 5), (com 6),
(ECP printer port).
I allready update the latest bios and chipset from Intel
and unable to use any com port on the board.
