Yellow Bang on Network Card

Have an Intel Card with intergrated ethernet. Has been working fine up until
a few days ago.

In Device Manager, the network card keeps coming up with the yellow
exclamation mark.

The drivers keep getting lost.

I've reinstalled several times, and have uninstalled the software first.
Have uninstalled the adapter in the Device Manger.

Any solutions would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like 1 of 2 things, Virus or SpyWare. Try scanning your computer
with AdAware (http://www.lavasoft.com) or Trend Micro's HouseCall (Virus
Scan) at http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

Right-click the device and check properties - why is it banged out?
