XPSP2 Upgrade Error

I am trying to install WindowsXPSP2 onto my Gateway2000 G5-233MHz.
At the end of the install during reboot, the error message states

"an unexpected error (0) on line 1773 d:\xpsprtm\base\boot\setup\arcdisp.c."

Can someone help?
