I have been fighting with this for a week now. I had been able to get my
new XPHE computer to see files on the Windows ME computer but ME would not
see XP. After a lot of rebooting and resetting the Linksys router the
entire network finally appeared on the ME machine. I rebooted and then I
was no longer able to access the XP files again. It looks for along time
and then I think it says Network not available. If I run the Linksys set up
and go to DHCP clients table it lists both computers. Network. My network
places on the Me lists the shared files on the XP but will not access them.

Any help appreciated.

Your alot further than I have gotten. My two compter's both only show thier own shared printer's and folders. they do not seem to be seeing eachother. I have also been trying to get this to work for a week, now

Stu,

please have a look at http://www.michna.com/kb/WxNetwork.htm.

Already did that. Very nice page but nothing there seemed to do the trick
for me.

Stu,

in that case I'd be very interested to hear from you after you
solve the problem. If you think of it, please tell me later what
happened, for the benefit of others who may stumble over the
same problem.
