XPE blues

hi, i am having problem with my XPE image that sometimes

1) Blue screen with STOP error
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
STOP:0x00000050
(0xFA13DD44,0X00000000,0X8051DD5A,0X00000005)

2) Just a blue screen without any word on it ..

3) with EWF enabled i still got this (after a few power on
and off) :

The file \Windows\CSC\00000002\ is corrupted and
unreadable....
How could this happen ?

My configurations:
-CPU board with VIA Edex 667Mhz
-128MB ram
-256MB CF - 227MB primary partition , the rest for Disk
based EWF
Disk based EWF enabled
Free space on primary partition is around 42MB
File system is FAT32

Would you set free space not Primary partition to
Extended partition?
If you need EWF, you need to set disk space which is not
to be used as Primary partition to Extended partition.
